Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information is an important aspect of the way D&D Automation Inc. (“D&D”) conducts its business. Collecting, using and disclosing personal information in an appropriate, responsible and ethical manner is fundamental to D&D’s daily operations.
D&D’s is committed to protecting the privacy of its employees, clients, customers and confidential personal/business information. We will do so in accordance with all applicable provincial and federal laws. All employees are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before they commence employment with D&D’s and must abide by this organization’s procedures and practices when handling personal information.
D&D collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of conducting business and developing an understanding of its customers.
Employee or customer requests for disclosure of their personal or business information to Third Parties must be made in writing, from the employee or customer themselves. Individuals are entitled to know how D&D uses personal information and this organization will limit the use of any personal information collected only to what is needed for those stated purposes.
Client information is only to be accessed by employees with appropriate authorization.
D&D vows to protect personal information with the appropriate security measures, physical safeguards, and electronic precautions. D&D will ensure that no personal, privileged and/or confidential client information is disclosed unless security procedures are satisfied.
